Mary Brannigan is a BACP Accredited Counsellor. Mary originally began her career in nursing before completing a BSc degree in Psychology in 1993 and then an MSc in Counselling Psychology in 1997. Since then she has worked as a counsellor in a variety of specialist and generic agencies with wide and varied client groups. Since completing the Practitioner Skills in Eating Disorders training at the National Centre for Eating Disorders London she also works with individuals with eating disorders. Mary works both short term 6-12 sessions and longer term for more in depth issues. She uses CBT, Psychodynamic and Integrative therapy with clients. Mary also provides counselling supervision for other counsellors as well as being an experienced Group Facilitator.

 

 Eva McAlea is a BACP Accredited Counsellor. In 1996 she graduated from Coventry University with a degree in Applied Social Sciences and completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2004. Eva is a BACP Accredited Counsellor and has worked in several voluntary agencies providing counselling and support for the last fifteen years, including The Samaritans and Nightline. Following Practitioner Skills training in 2005 at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in London, she has gone on to complete Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity training. Eva is also the Founder and Director of the Eating Disorders Network. Eva’s core model is CBT and she also utilises a person centred approach.
